The Center For UFO Studies (“CUFOS”) was founded by Dr J Allen Hynek and Sherman J Larsen in 1973.
FUFOR, MUFON and CUFOS have all endorsed a document as containing “the best available evidence for the existence of UFOs”. That document and the list of cases that it contains are discussed in Part 11 of Isaac Koi’s “Best UFO Cases” article (i.e. in the Part entitled “The Rockefeller Briefing Document”).
